PRICES:
All prices are per person in Canadian dollars and do not include GST (Goods and
Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.

CHILD RATES:
Child rates are available upon request.

INSURANCE:
Key West Travel & Tours strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation/medical
insurance at the time of booking. Contact a travel agent for details. It is your
responsibility to ensure you have proper insurance coverage.

IDENTIFICATION:
For traveling within Canada, you must carry at least one piece of picture identification bearing the same name as booked.
Other suppliers reserve the right to refuse boarding without adequate identification. Seating Tour bus/ferry seating is
not reserved or assigned. Seating in the Rocky Mountaineer is assigned at the time of boarding.

ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation is standard run-of-the-house rooms. Key West Travel & Tours does not guarantee room types;
however, normally the hotels can accommodate your room request if your booking is made early. Please specify your
preference of smoking or non-smoking room at the time of booking.

LUGGAGE:
Multi-day Tours: You are allowed a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage not exceeding 66 lbs for multi- day tours. Rocky
Mountaineer Rail Journey: RedLeaf passengers will not have access to checked baggage in Kamloops. A single
overnight carry-on bag, not exceeding 60x41x25cm, must be carried on. Day Tours: only a small carry-on bag is allowed.
Other suppliers have different baggage restrictions, please ask your booking agents at the time of booking and refer to
your documentation for full details.

MEALS:
Tour will include meals only when specified. Please check your documentation for details.

GRATUITIES:
Gratuities on hotel porterage, any included meals, drivers, guides are not included in prices and are at your discretion.

TOUR ALTERATIONS & INTERRUPTIONS:
Key West Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter all or any part of the services when necessary and
advisable. Act of God, traffic accidents, airport and road conditions may necessitate alteration and result in interruptions.
Every effort will be made to minimize any disruption; however, Key West Travel & Tours and its suppliers are not liable for
any loss arising from such changes and no refund will be issued. If Key West Travel & Tours cancels the entire tour prior
to departure, you will receive a full refund of amount paid.

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS WITH TRAVEL AGENTS:
The credit card holder must be part of the traveling party. A card imprint with authorized signature should be faxed to:

your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein regardless of whether you have signed the sale draft.
Credit card payments will be processed in Canadian funds.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received by Key West Travel & Tours in writing. Please obtain a written notification that the
booking is cancelled. Refer to the Payment & Refund below for refunds, if applicable.

AGENCY BOOKING POLICY:
All bookings must be done in writing. Please obtain a confirmation number.

LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS:
Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability. A credit card guarantee of full payment is required at the time
of booking.

DOCUMENTATION:
You will receive a written confirmation once full payment is received by Key West Travel & Tours. If your tour includes
Rocky Mountaineer Rail Journey, BC Ferries, flights, documents may be sent to your travel agency or be available
for pick-up at the train station on the day of departure. Please check with your booking agent for details. All vouchers,
receipts, tickets are issued subject to the terms & conditions specified by the issuing suppliers.

LIABILITY:
Key West Travel and Tours Ltd., its representatives, employees, agents, officers and directors, shall not be liable for
any damage to person or property, loss, injury, expense, or loss of life that may be suffered by you arising from or related
to the services provided by Key West Travel & Tours Ltd. It shall not be liable for any delay, disappointment, stress,
frustration, loss of enjoyment, whether physical or mental, resulting from any involuntary act or omission of Key West
Travel & Tours Ltd., or its employees or contractors.

LIABILITIES OF OTHER SUPPLIERS:
Key West Travel & Tours Ltd. shall not be liable for services provided by bus lines, hotels, other tour companies,
restaurants, attractions, and other independent parties during the tour. Their liabilities may be limited by their tariffs,
conditions of carriage, international conventions and agreements.

WAIVERS:
No person, other than a representative of Key West Travel & Tours authorized by a document in writing may vary any
terms or conditions in this brochure. Written notice of any claim against Key West Travel & Tours or its suppliers must
be received no later than 10 days after the date the services were provided to a passenger. All terms & conditions are
subject to change without notice.
