Day 1 (Vancouver to Valemount - by Coach)

Today, your deluxe coach will travel across the Fraser Valley and Coastal Mountains into the near-desert interior.
From Kamloops, follow the Thompson River to the Albreda Glaciers. Overnight in Valemount.

Day 2 (Jasper to Banff - by Coach)
Start the morning exploring the historic town of Jasper, followed by a leisurely hike in Maligne Canyon. En route south,
view thundering Athabasca Falls before heading to the Columbia Icefield for a thrilling "Ice Explorer" *ride on the Athabasca
Glacier. Overnight in Lake Louise.

Day 3 (Banff National Park - by Coach)
Begin your day with an easy but fabulous hike in Johnston Canyon. At Lake Louise you may opt to take a stroll or go
canoeing beneath the Victoria Glacier. Other highlights include Moraine Lake, the Banff Springs Hotel, Upper Hot Springs. Take a gondola ride* up Sulphur Mountain and enjoy a panoramic view of Banff townsite. Overnight in Lake Louise.

Day 4 (Banff and surroundings - Independent)
Discover colorful Banff at your leisure: boutiques, art galleries, cafes and shopping. Overnight in Banff.

Day 5 (Banff to Kamloops - by Rocky Mountaineer Rail)
Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from the mountain town of Banff to Kamloops in the heart of British Columbia’s
interior. Your journey offers you a spectacular range of scenery as you travel between the high peaks of the Canadian
Rockies, over mountain passes and through remarkable tunnels, along rocky lakeshores and across the ranchlands
of the interior. Today’s highlights include the Continental Divide, the Spiral Tunnels-a remarkable feat of railroad
engineering-the Kicking Horse Canyon, Rogers Pass, Craigellachie where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific
Railway was driven and of course the glaciers and snow-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies. Overnight in
Kamloops.

Day 6 (Kamloops to Vancouver - by Rocky Mountaineer Rail)
Your journey continues west towards the Pacific Ocean and the coastal city of Vancouver. On today’s journey you will
again see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the interior, through winding river
canyons and pristine forests, to the Coastal Mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser River
Valley. Highlights include the steep slopes and snow sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of
Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon. Your journey ends on arrival in Vancouver this evening.
